YAFNet is a Not-for-profit organization which started as an initiative of two young individuals who realized the Significance of a youth group in the development of the society. From their Observation and experience they realized that Youth groups from rural and informal settlements have potential but are limited by the environment they reside in and therefore need encouragement to continue.

YAFNet has establish an interactive multimedia corridor with youth friendly activities across Kenyan Towns with a target of serving close to 20,000 in and out of school youth annually and advance the same services to local business community.

YAFNet exists to create and sustain a system approach to providing youth with accessible and available opportunities which improve their quality of life, increase their chances of achievement; promote their development into responsible citizens and prevent or reduce youth problems.

YAFNet visualizes a society where youths have equal have an equal opportunity as other citizens to realize their fullest potential, productively participating in economic, social, political, cultural and religious life.

We are also geared toward Youth Policy Development and Youth Work Development.
