A Development Knowledge Facilitators Manual Base
This is an online platform to develop and motivate
various development facilitators around the world, it is also
a base to raise volunteers to transmit value re-orientation.

Who are development Knowledge facilitators? This are agents of change
who go into communities to educate people about varius
developmental issues around them and practically work with them to
develop various life changing projects in their communities,
meeting the Millenium Development Goals is a major development
target.

What is value-reorientation? This is the act of restoring our lost
values in our in our lives and communities, changing the way people think negatively
about change, they need to believe in positive change and be part
of the change process to develop our society, it is our role to educate our
communities about to embrace change and believe things can be done in the right way.
Our mindsets needs to be worked on.

Who are value re-orientation volunteers? Thess are individuals from all works of life,
no matter your profession, status and colour are agents who preach change {Value re-orientation}
in any community they find themselves in.

This is a place to share your communication/facilitation ideas,
success stories, challenges, relevant resources, questions
and ways of improvement. Knowningly or Unknowningly we
communicate development in our daily activities, as want to
initiate value re-orientation.
