The Regional Multicultural Youth Council is an inclusive group made up of youth from all backgrounds. Our mission is to create equal opportunities, access, and participation for youth regardless of race, ethnicity, or cultural background.

We were founded in 1985 to commemorate the United Nations' International Year for Youth.
